GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
My main aim for classes is to ensure I provide a welcoming environment for all. Classes are for EVERYONE, regardless of fitness levels, shapes, sizes or age.
FUN is another main aspect that is really important to me when instructing my classes! If your having fun whilst keeping healthy, what more can you ask! It is much easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle when you enjoy what your doing! If you don’t enjoy it, it becomes a chore and that’s when people fall off the wagon! Find something you love and you’ll be able to keep consistent year round!
My classes are challenging, but in a good way! I have options for everyone to get the most out of the class. Feeling out of breath and sweaty is a good thing! I encourage everyone to work at their OWN level, whatever that may be, and work on building that week upon week, your body is an amazing thing, you’ll be surprised at how quickly it responds. You will be encouraged and supported every step of the way!
A disclaimer and health questionnaire must be filled out by every participant before commencing classes. Please turn up 10-15 minutes early for your first class to enable you to fill this out.
Boogie Bounce (Age 10 - 16 may attend if accompanied by a paying adult):

Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme, that will work you from top to toe on a mini trampoline with safety bar. These classes are Fab, Fun and Fat Burning!
The lights are dimmed, disco lights switched on and routines choreographed to chart topping inspiring music, that is sure to have you smiling away whilst getting fit!
This class entails a 25/30 minute H.I.I.T cardio section, followed by a 15/20 minute full body toning section, cool down and stretch.
Powerhoop - Age 16+:
Hoop your way to fitness with these fun body toning classes!Powerhoops weight and wavy interior create pulsing contractions, trimming and toning your tummy and waist! But that is not all - The Powerhoops are used in routines as weights to tone the legs and arms too! Come along and join in this 45 minute fun class!
Kettlercise - Age 16+
Kettlercise is THE most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout.....designed to shape and sculpt your body in as little as 30 mins for rapid fat loss and a lean toned body! Its fun, super quick and super effective!
fat blast & tone:- Age 16+
Do you want to burn FAT and TONE that body in as little as 20 minutes?! Then this is the class for you! Squats, lunges and crunches to name a few, will be executed for 1 minute at a time going as hard as you can! This class is quick and effective! Prepare to sweat!
Clubbercise - Age 16+:
Bringing a night out to your workout! Come along and shake your shimmy to easy to follow dance routines to club anthems from the 90’s right up to today’s dance tunes! The lights are dimmed, the disco lights put on and the tracks are wicked! Re-usable glowsticks are required and are available to buy for £5 for the pair. This 40 minute class, will get your adrenaline pumping and have you partying the fun way without the hangover!
